Purple season
Purple is my favorite color. This past couple of days it seems like purple is the dominant color in what is blooming. I spent this gray afternoon playing with pretty flowers from our morning walk.

I used Raw Therapee for raw conversion and basic edits, then applied painterly effects and textures using Topaz Studio 2, ending with the GIMP for resizing and watermark. I used the workflow described in: Photo processing workflow: preparing photos to use on the web using open-source software.
